As a valuable customer you must agree to our terms and conditions below before accepting our service:
- We order the computer for you and then you pay the full amount. The system is delivered to you in 5 working days by the supplier.
- Protection against viruses, email spam, from Internet and firewall too - Although the system has antivirus protection, it is your responsibility to be careful not to get viruses from internet as it may harm the computer so much that it may need to reinstall all programs.
- We can give you advice on any other queries regarding getting started with your new computer system.
- Lifetime free email and phone support from us - Our onsite support is limited to weekends and evenings. If you have damaged to the computer or the computer gets viruses, there will be a charge for servicing the computer.
- If the computer has a hardware problem you need to arrange to return it to the supplier.
- The computer is under worldwide standards and is no different to big names like HP, IBM. As an electronic device it is sometimes expected for hardware to fail. The 1 year warrant is a piece of mind. The monitor has 3 year warranty from the manufacturer onsite.
- Extra warranty options are available and recommended. The laptop usually costs a lot to repair and a 3 year full warranty is recommended. Nearly 5% of computer hardware fails during their 10 year life. You can calculate the risk of taking extra warranty or not.
- We don't support dialup and floppy disk technology any more.
- We recommend you to have a power board with power surge protection.
- If the hard drive of the computer fails, loss of data is your own responsibility and you have to back up your own data.
- If you need more clarification of the terms and conditions it is your responsibility to discuss this with us.
